You should reach out to our Awareness Team – ask any festival staff and they will guide you to the Awareness Team.

Karrusel welcomes everybody – all with their different orientations, experiences, histories and backgrounds. We believe in the right of everyone to express themselves. Karrusel only exists if everyone takes care of each other, respects their own and others boundaries, embraces diversity and acts as a part of the community.
Take responsibility for your own actions. Respect your own and others boundaries. Speak up rather than look the other way. Together we can all make sure that everyone has the best festival experience.

How can I help the festival to be as sustainable as possible?

  • Sort your trash at the trash stations.

  • Don’t bring confetti and glitter.

  • Bring your own water bottle or buy one at our bars and take advantage of our free drinking water stations.

  • Don’t throw your cigarette buds on the ground, please use a trash can or a pocket ashtray.

  • Don’t print your ticket or timetable, but download it to your phone.

  • Take a bike or public transport to the festival.

Karrusel is committed to becoming more sustainable. In order to save resources and reduce waste we use leftover materials and timber for stage designs and installations. We will re-use production and print materials when possible year after year. All cups are made from recycled plastic and are collected to be used again in another form.
